Join us to launch into the daily routines to feel your absolute best in your skin with 5 days of our joyful energy detox program. Learn active meditations and various practices to live better each day and care for your physical and energetic body, unblock emotional areas, balance your energy, and free yourself from habitual blockages. Inspired in part by and transmitting the teachings of Rahul Bharti, our friend and teacher of many years, these 5 days are an opportunity to install daily techniques that will have you flourishing in health and joie de vivre.

The rhythm of the day being important; we start the morning early with hot drinks and morning practices, followed by breakfast and then the morning workshop. The biggest meal is at midday. Then, the afternoon is free to do what each person wants - optional workshops according to the group's choices, practice in the practice space, walk in nature, take care of daily business or work online. The evening meal is light and eaten early, between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., giving us plenty of time to digest before going to bed.

The project of Shervin and Jennifer Boostani, the idea at the heart of La Geodele is 'natural well-being'. Currently under construction, this wonderful place is in the process of conversion to a wellbeing center, dedicated to welcoming groups for seminars, workshops, retreats, training courses and cultural events.
Nestled above a small village in the Pyrenees Ariégeoises Regional Natural Park, with its 180° view of the mountains and 6500m2 of forest, bamboo plantation and camping orchard in addition to its ample court and garden on 3 levels, to step foot inside is to plunge into the tranquility of nature.

Full board accommodation for the 5 days at €550 applies for the following options:
- private room for 2*
- shared room
- camping**
*one double bed only
**access to outdoor shower, toilet and washbasin.
For an individual private room (limited availability) an additional charge of 90€ for the 5 days will apply.
Rates are as follows (per person per night)
- private room: €30
- shared room: €12
- camping: €12
Additional night and additional meals possible with the relevant additional contribution.
Food
The full board rate includes meals at 38€ per day:
Breakfast: 12€
Full buffet: bread, make your own eggs, cheeses, fruits, dried fruits and nuts, yogurts, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, herbal teas. We choose seasonal, local and organic produce wherever possible.
Midi: 18€
Three course vegetarian meals prepared using seasonal, local and organic produce wherever possible.
Soir: 8€
